Today’s Word:
When Noah and his family stepped out of the ark after a year of isolation and uncertainty, the first thing he did was not to celebrate or rest—he built an altar. That act of gratitude moved the heart of God, leading to a covenant that blessed all humanity. Gratitude, expressed through praise, has power. It brings closure to past storms and opens doors to new seasons.
What if we lived with that same heart? What if every time we overcame a trial, received provision, or experienced a breakthrough, we stopped to give God thanks? Building altars doesn’t mean physical stones—it means setting aside a moment, a prayer, a declaration to honor God. When we thank Him intentionally, we activate His promises and signal that we trust Him with what’s ahead.
Prayer For Today
“God, thank You for the victories You’ve helped me win, for the restoration and the favor. Help me to build some altars and remember the doors You’ve opened for me and for the times You’ve protected, promoted, and given me opportunities. I give You praise for Your goodness. Amen.”
Tänane Sõna: Ehita tänu altar
Kui Noa pärast aastat laevas lõpuks kuivale maale astus, ei hakanud ta esmalt tähistama ega puhata. Ta ehitas altari ja tänas Jumalat. See tänulikkuse tegu puudutas Jumalat nii sügavalt, et Ta sõlmis lepingu, mis kestab tänaseni. Tänulikkus avab tee uueks hooajaks ja lõpetab möödunu.
Ka meie võiksime elada sellise südamega. Iga kord, kui tuleme läbi katsumustest või saame osa õnnistustest, leidkem hetk Jumalat tänada. Altari ehitamine tähendab aega palveks, ülistuseks, austuseks. See näitab, et usaldame Teda ka edaspidi.

وقتی نوح و خانواده‌اش بعد از یک سال سخت از کشتی بیرون آمدند، اولین کار او جشن یا استراحت نبود. او مذبحی ساخت و خدا را شکر کرد. این شکرگزاری، قلب خدا را لمس کرد و عهدی ابدی آغاز شد. وقتی ما نیز در مقابل فیض و رحمت خدا توقف می‌کنیم تا شکر کنیم، در را به روی فصلی تازه باز می‌کنیم.
ساختن مذبح یعنی جدا کردن لحظه‌ای برای دعا، پرستش، یا اعلام اعتماد. هر بار که از سختی عبور می‌کنیم، فرصتی‌ست تا در حضور خدا توقف کنیم و وفاداری‌اش را یاد کنیم. این کار، نشانه‌ی ایمان ما به آینده است.

“خدایا، شکرت برای پیروزی‌ها، برای ترمیم‌ها و لطف‌هایت. کمکم کن مذبح‌هایی بسازم تا در آن‌ها به خاطر درهایی که گشودی و فرصتی که دادی، تو را بستایم. شکرت برای مهربانی‌ات. آمین.”
