Today’s Word
Two million Israelites stood before the overflowing Jordan River, ready to enter their promised land. The current was strong, the river was flooded, and there seemed to be no way across. God instructed Joshua to have the priests carry the Ark of the Covenant and step into the water first. They obeyed. When their feet touched the edge, nothing appeared to change. The river still rushed before them.
What they could not see was that God had already stopped the water far upstream. The miracle had begun, even though it was not yet visible. In the same way, when you step out in faith and nothing seems to shift, it does not mean God is inactive. He may already be working in places you cannot see. Do not allow what is happening “downstream” to discourage you from trusting what God has already done “upstream.”
Keep walking by faith, not by sight. Keep standing firm in obedience. The waters that look overwhelming today are already being restrained by His hand. What seems unchanged is often on the verge of breakthrough.
Prayer For Today
God, thank You that You are working even when I cannot see immediate results. When obstacles seem overwhelming, give me the courage to step forward in faith and obedience. Help me trust that You are moving upstream on my behalf. I believe the waters before me will recede in Your perfect time. Amen.
Tänane Sõna
Kaks miljonit iisraellast seisis üleujutatud Jordani jõe ees, valmis sisenema tõotatud maale. Vool oli tugev ja inimlikult polnud teed üle. Jumal käskis preestritel astuda vette, kandes lepingulaegast. Kui nende jalad vett puudutasid, ei olnud kohe näha mingit muutust.
Nad ei teadnud, et Jumal oli vee juba kaugemal peatatanud. Isegi kui silmad ei näe muutust, võib ime olla juba alanud. Ära lase nähtaval olukorral varjutada seda, mida Jumal on nähtamatult tegemas.
Jätka usus käimist. See, mis täna tundub võimatu, võib homme olla avatud tee.

Jumal, tänan Sind, et Sa tegutsed ka siis, kui ma seda ei näe. Anna mulle julgust astuda usus edasi ja usaldada, et Sa valmistad teed minu ees. Ma usun, et takistused taanduvad Sinu ajal. Aamen.
کلام امروز
دو میلیون اسرائیلی در برابر رود اردنِ طغیانکرده ایستاده بودند تا وارد سرزمین موعود شوند. جریان آب شدید بود و راهی برای عبور دیده نمیشد. خدا به یوشع گفت که کاهنان با صندوق عهد قدم در آب بگذارند. وقتی پاهایشان آب را لمس کرد، در ظاهر هیچ تغییری رخ نداد.
آنچه نمیدیدند این بود که خدا جریان آب را در بالادست متوقف کرده بود. معجزه آغاز شده بود، هرچند هنوز با چشم دیده نمیشد. گاهی خدا پیش از آنکه ما نتیجه را ببینیم، در پشت صحنه در حال عمل است. اجازه نده آنچه در «پاییندست» میبینی، ایمانت را نسبت به آنچه خدا در «بالادست» انجام داده تضعیف کند.
در ایمان قدم بردار. آنچه امروز غیرممکن به نظر میرسد، بهزودی راهی گشوده خواهد شد.
دعای امروز
خداوندا، سپاسگزارم که حتی وقتی تغییری نمیبینم، تو در حال کار هستی. به من شهامت بده تا با ایمان قدم بردارم و مطمئن باشم که تو راه را برایم هموار میکنی. ایمان دارم که آبها در زمان تو فروکش خواهند کرد. آمین.
