Today’s Word
In life, we all encounter pressures, opposition, and situations that feel unfair. People we thought would support us may even turn against us. At times, the weight of it all can feel overwhelming. Yet God has promised that nothing will ever come against you that you are not able to endure. You are stronger than you think. You are built for the challenges you face.
You don’t have to collapse under the weight, seek revenge, or live in bitterness. You can rise above the insult, choose the higher road, and forgive. The key is to draw from God’s strength. He will fill you with courage, determination, and resilience.
So instead of focusing on how heavy the burden feels, declare: “I can do all things through Christ. I am equipped for this battle. I am anointed for difficult seasons. I may walk through valleys, but I will not remain there. I am coming out stronger, victorious, and moving into new levels of my destiny.”
Prayer for Today
God, thank You that You are the Most High, seated on Your throne, and ruling over all. Thank You that when I feel overwhelmed, I can come to You and draw from Your strength. I declare today that You have armed me for the battles I face and that I am strong in You. Amen.

در زندگی، همه‌ی ما با فشارها، مخالفت‌ها و موقعیت‌های ناعادلانه روبه‌رو می‌شویم. گاهی حتی کسانی که باید پشتیبان ما باشند، برعلیه ما برمی‌گردند. بارها پیش می‌آید که بار مشکلات سنگین به نظر می‌رسد. اما خدا وعده داده که هیچ چیزی فراتر از توان تو بر تو نخواهد آمد. تو قوی‌تر از آنی که فکر می‌کنی. برای همین چالش‌ها ساخته شده‌ای.
لازم نیست زیر این بار فرو بری، انتقام بجویی یا در تلخی زندگی کنی. می‌توانی از توهین بالاتر بایستی، راه والاتر را انتخاب کنی و ببخشی. کلید، گرفتن قوت از خداست. او شجاعت، عزم و استقامت را درونت می‌گذارد.
به‌جای تمرکز بر سختی‌ها، با ایمان بگو: «من همه چیز را در مسیح می‌توانم. برای این نبرد مجهز شده‌ام. برای زمان‌های سخت مسح شده‌ام. ممکن است در دره‌ی تاریک قدم بزنم، اما در آنجا نمی‌مانم. من پیروزمندانه و قوی‌تر بیرون می‌آیم و به سطوح تازه‌ای از سرنوشتم قدم می‌گذارم.»
دعای امروز
خدایا، شکرت که تو خدای متعال هستی و بر تخت خود نشسته‌ای. شکرت که وقتی احساس سنگینی می‌کنم، می‌توانم نزد تو بیایم و از قوت تو بهره‌مند شوم. امروز اعلام می‌کنم که مرا برای نبردها مجهز کرده‌ای و من در تو قوی هستم. آمین.
