Today’s Word
Leah and her sister Rachel were both married to Jacob. Rachel was more beautiful and deeply loved by him, while Leah was married through deception and never truly received his affection. Leah lived feeling unwanted, overlooked, and treated as second best. She could have easily developed low self-esteem or bitterness, questioning her worth. Yet God saw everything. He saw her pain, her faithfulness, and her quiet endurance. Leah did not complain or grow resentful; she continued doing the right thing with the right attitude.
Centuries later, when God chose the family line through which Jesus would come, He did not choose the sons of Rachel, the favored wife. He chose Judah, the son of Leah. From the one who seemed forgotten came the greatest honor. When people overlook or dishonor you, do not be discouraged. God keeps perfect records. He knows how and when to honor His people. Hold on to this truth: greater is coming.
Prayer For Today
God, thank You that You see every hardship I face and that nothing in my life is wasted. Thank You that You are a God of restoration and justice. I trust that You are working all things for my good and that greater honor, joy, and opportunity are ahead. I believe You will turn it to my advantage. Amen.

لیه و خواهرش راحیل هر دو همسر یعقوب بودند. راحیل زیباتر و محبوبتر بود، اما یعقوب از روی فریب با لیه ازدواج کرده بود و هرگز او را واقعاً دوست نداشت. لیه در ازدواجی بدون محبت زندگی میکرد و احساس میکرد نادیده گرفته شده و انتخاب دوم است. او میتوانست دچار تلخی، افسردگی یا احساس بیارزشی شود، اما خدا همه چیز را میدید. خدا میدید که چگونه با او ناعادلانه رفتار میشود.
لیه شکایت نکرد و تلخ نشد، بلکه با صبر و نگرشی درست به راه خود ادامه داد. قرنها بعد، زمانی که خدا تصمیم گرفت عیسی مسیح از چه نسلی بیاید، پسران راحیلِ محبوب را انتخاب نکرد، بلکه یهودا، پسر لیه را برگزید. وقتی دیگران تو را بیارزش میشمارند، دلسرد نشو. خدا همه چیز را ثبت میکند و میداند چگونه تو را سرافراز سازد. این حقیقت را در دل خود نگه دار: چیزهای بزرگتر در راه است.
دعای امروز
خداوندا، سپاسگزارم که هر سختی را با هدفی الهی اجازه میدهی. ممنونم که تو خدای بازسازی و عدالت هستی. ایمان دارم که افتخار، شادی و فرصتهای بزرگتری در پیش است و تو همه چیز را به نفع من برمیگردانی. آمین.
