Today’s Word
The apostle Paul the Apostle teaches that prayer is not only about presenting requests—it is completed through thanksgiving. When you thank God after you pray, you are expressing confidence that He has heard you and that the answer is already in motion. This is how faith is released.
If prayer is filled with worry or repeated from a place of doubt, it weakens your expectation. Words spoken in fear—“When will this change?”—reflect a mindset of defeat. Instead, you are called to pray from a position of victory, grounded in what God has already promised.
Scripture invites you to align your words with His truth. When you pray according to His promises and give thanks for them, you demonstrate trust. Repeated pleading can sometimes reflect uncertainty, as though God must be persuaded. But gratitude declares assurance: that He is faithful, that His Word stands firm, and that His purpose for your life will be fulfilled.
Thanksgiving strengthens your faith. It steadies your heart and gives you endurance. In that posture, you remain confident, not because of circumstances, but because of who God is.

“God, thank You for the privilege of coming to You, the Creator of the universe, and knowing that You hear me. Thank You that I can trust Your Word and believe that what I have asked is already being answered. I choose to stand in faith and declare that the answer is on the way. Amen.”

اگر دعاهای شما با نگرانی یا تردید همراه باشد، ایمان شما تضعیف میشود. جملاتی مانند «کی درست میشود؟» نشاندهنده حالت شکست است. اما شما دعوت شدهاید که از جایگاه پیروزی دعا کنید، بر اساس وعدههای خدا.
کلام خدا ما را دعوت میکند که مطابق حقیقت او سخن بگوییم. وقتی بر اساس وعدههای او دعا میکنید و او را شکر میکنید، اعتماد خود را نشان میدهید. اصرار و التماس مداوم ممکن است نشاندهنده عدم اطمینان باشد، گویی باید خدا را متقاعد کنید. اما شکرگزاری اعلام اعتماد است—اینکه خدا وفادار است و وعدههایش تحقق خواهد یافت.
شکرگزاری ایمان شما را تقویت میکند و به شما استقامت میبخشد.
